The European project "Citizen-friendly Trans-European mGovernment Services (CIDRE)" aimed at investigating to what extent the German mobile citizen prototype service (German acronym: 'MoBüD') can be deployed in other European countries.
The project undertook market analyses, based on field trials, in Sweden, Estonia, and the Netherlands.
