Fraunhofer HHI's Time Management System for public authorities (TMS-PA) enables an efficient management of the available time of civil servants and of public administrations' customers. Civil servants, callcenter agents and citizens / public authorities' customers can make appointments and move or cancel them by themselves.
Among other things, the TMS-PA contains the components "eAppointment" and "queue management".
Another part is a call-up system with a browser-based call-up board.

By means of Fraunhofer HHI's electronic appointment management system, employees as well as customers can book appointments via the Internet. If desired, users can get reminders via SMS.
Queue Management with SMS Notification
By means of HHI's queue management system, customers can get information about the current waiting times at service centers (e.g. mobile offices of citizen services). If they have to wait they can be notified by means of an SMS message when it is their turn.
SMS Newsletter
By means of HHI's SMS newsletter service people can be informed targeted and promptly per SMS. Among other things, the SMS newsletter is suitable for notifying people about short notice changes of meeting dates or venues, for calls on starting or proceeding of events, for information about the estimated start times of unscheduled events (e.g. spontaneous press conferences) or about changes of protocols (e.g. at state visits).
