Dear Author,
The complete instructions for camera ready, registration and copyright
submissions have now been finalized.
The deadline for the final submission is April 25, 2010.
Here are the four steps that need to be followed:
1. Registration
2. Copyright Form
3. Format final version of paper
4. Submit the final PDF version on the EDAS system
Failure to comply with all the required elements will lead to the
removal of the paper from the technical program and the conference
record.
Step 1: Registration
==============================
For each accepted paper, at least one author must register at a full
or student rate, if applicable. For authors presenting multiple
papers, one full or student rate, if applicable, registration is valid
for up to three papers.
For registration, please go to: http://lia.univ-avignon.fr/wiopt2010
Step 2: Copyright Form
===================================
This
copyright form (165 kB) needs to be filled in, signed, scanned
and uploaded to the EDAS conference managing system.
Also, the original paper copy of the form should be sent by postal mail
to the following
address:
Tijani Chahed
Telecom SudParis
Dept. RST
9 rue C. Fourier
91011 Evry Cedex
France
Step 3: Format final version of the paper
========================================
Please follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising your final paper.
To guarantee good quality proceedings contents, your paper must comply
with the Wiopt'2010 paper specifications.
In particular:
- Paper length is limited to 10 double column pages in a font no
smaller than 10-points.
- Two-columns IEEE Transactions style.
- PDF format only is accepted.
- Do NOT page number your manuscript.
- Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.
Guidelines for preparing proceedings-style manuscripts are available
for LaTeX and Microsoft Word users in a specific template, at the
following link :
http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/AuthorTools/conferenceTemplates.html
Step 4: Submit the PDF Paper File on the EDAS system
====================================================
Your camera-ready paper(s) should be uploaded electronically through the EDAS conference managing system.
The PDF version should be compliant with IEEE Xplore requirements.
Please pay attention to eventual printing problems.
In particular:
- all fonts in files must be embedded (and preferably subsetted).
- minimum PDF version should 1.4 and maximum 1.7 to provide widest
possible dissemination of data. Further, files should not have book
marks in them.
