Access, In-House, Datacom Systems

The research and development is directed to technical issues of information transport on the lowest, physical layer as well as to the relevant protocols regarding the media access, i.e. to the interplay of transport and protocol layer.

The activities are performed in the framework of both national and international R&D projects as well as in networks of excellence and bodies such as the FTTH Council Europe (see link below).
