The foundry services for InP-based photonic integrated circuits (PICs) offer a comprehensive platform for the development and production of customized PICs. The wide range of building blocks within Fraunhofer HHI’s PDK enables you to create your own PIC for various applications. Multi-project wafer runs are offered every three months and allow for low-cost prototyping.

Generic assembly service for convenient prototype development
RFconnect provides a powerful platform for user-friendly evaluation and analysis of RF-PICs. It is an additional assembly service to Fraunhofer HHI’s renowned InP foundry services and allows for easy measurements and tests of your InP PICs manufactured at HHI.
PIConnect
Characterization setup for easy test and measurement of PICs
PIConnect offers a user-friendly interface for quick and easy characterization of InP-based photonic integrated circuits (PICs). The integrated laser drivers, current and voltage sources enable convenient evaluation of InP PICs. An Ethernet interface makes the flexible integration into existing measurement setups possible.
