Berlin, Germany

On November 22 and 23, Smart Service World I and II are hosting the joint annual congress of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in Berlin. In addition to lectures and insights into the project work, the conference offers time for mutual exchange and networking.

Intelligent data-based services, so-called "Smart Services", allow a flexible combination of intelligent data collection and analysis (Smart Data). Demand-oriented services can build on this and be made available via digital online platforms. Smart Services offer great potential for numerous application fields: Intelligent data collection and linking enables more effective maintenance of machines, better monitoring of roads and advance control of agricultural processes. The Smart Service World II focuses on new ways to improve services for securing livelihoods and quality of life in rural areas. The conference is aimed at suppliers and users of Smart Services, but also at service providers, scientists and industry representatives. The focus will be on knowledge exchange and networking.

On the occasion of the conference, guided tours will take place at the Smart Data Forum on November 23 at 2:30 pm.
