On November 12 and 13, 2019, students, alumni and people who are looking for a job will be able to make direct contact with recruiters from the games, film & TV, advertising and digital industry. The Talent Festival 2019, a recruiting festival for the media industry, is organized by media:net berlinbrandenburg e.V.  and takes place in the rooms of the 3IT - Innovation Center for Immersive Imaging Technologies and the CINIQ Center at Fraunhofer HHI.

On two consecutive days, the participants will have the opportunity to discover the wide range of job offers in the creative sector. The games and film/TV industry presents itself on the first day. The second day of the festival will be dedicated to the advertising and digital industry. In 7-minute lectures, the companies present themselves and reveal in which specialist areas they are looking for young talent for their teams. In addition, interested parties can personally introduce themselves and network with the recruiters. Panels on the topics of recruiting and application offer an exciting side program.
