The event series "_Personal digital – smarte Lösungen, starker Mittelstand" takes place under the motto "Digitize your human resource management into the first league!". The event focuses on the topics of efficient organization of personnel management and the digitization of human resource processes. On February 14, 2019, the roadshow stops at the Smart Data Forum.

Too expensive, too time-consuming, too specialized: Only large companies can afford professional human resource work, so the reservations of many medium-sized companies. Thanks to digitization, even small and medium-sized enterprises can professionally recruit, retain and lead their personnel. The event provides the right tools. Participants can also exchange ideas at the get-together and establish new contacts with companies in the speaker corners.

The event series is organized by the software manufacturer Agenda Informationssysteme GmbH & Co. KG in cooperation with the Federal Association of Medium-Sized Enterprises (BVMW e. V.) and _Gemeinsam digital, the Mittelstand 4.0 Competence Center Berlin.
