Cleaving into smaller dies with a minimum edge length of 1mm along either axis is free of charge. The resulting new facets cannot be coated. Corresponding cleave marks have to be included.
HHI will quote the foundry services directly to the customer. Shipping is included and is only possible to the entity receiving the quote and issuing the purchase order.
