Mixed-Reality 3D display with natural interaction
This novel 3D display brings Mixed-Reality applications in touchable distance to the user. Free arrangement of different components allows multimodality and scaling of performance. The patented optical system embeds virtual objects in the real environment. The user doesn´t need any stereo glasses to see the objects.
Naturally interactions (touch and pointing inputs) in space are possible if a HHI video hand tracker as well as a force feedback system is in use.
The Mixed-Reality system is perfect suitable to inspire visitors of events or museums and to involve they in exhibitions. Manifold possibilities to create applications allow the reuse after changing the exhibition.
