Biography
Mustafa Tevfik Lafci joined the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute (HHI) in 2016 as a student research assistant and is a research associate since 2021. He received his M.Sc. in Media Informatics at the Berliner Hochschule für Technik (formally kown as the Beuth University of Applied Sciences) in 2020. During his studies he started working on various 3D and VR-Projects in Unity3D and Unreal Engine. As a student research assistant at Fraunhofer HHI, he was able to further deepened his knowlede and skillset in the VR- and AR field.
His current reasearch at Fraunhofer HHI includes development of spatial interaction- and locomotion systems with the main focus to reduce cybersickness and increase usabilitiy in virtual and augmented reality applications.
