AI-based Generation of interactive Volumetric Assets

Joint research project with small and medium enterprises

 

This project deals with the 3D acquisition and targeted modification of real people in the form of volumetric video. The main goal is the development of efficient AI-based processes for the creation of modifiable and partly interactive volumetric characters and avatars:

  • Development of tools to interact with the volumetric assets,
  • Tools for registration and direct manipulation of volumetric assets,
  • Development of volumetric capture systems taking into account market suitability and scalability.
